Custom made products such as barber chairs and furniture can unfortunately not be returned. These are specifically made for you. We only accept returns when there is a production error. All other products will be handled when the product is returned undamaged, in its original packaging and in a sturdy shipping box. To start a return process you can use the form below. After we receive a return request, we will contact you within 2 working days. You will then receive an e-mail with the return instructions. This e-mail contains the content how you can create a shipping label to return products. You will find our return address on the shipping label.
Product Returns - Cancellatoin
After receiving your order you can return the product (s) within 14 days if these are not custom made. If there is any damage, report the damage within 2 working days after you have received your order.
If you are not satisfied with the product and you want return the costs are for the buyer. But if it concerns damage during the delivery or receipt of the wrong product (s), the return costs for kapperslook.nl.
If the routed product (s) has been received by us in good condition, the amount that kapperslook.nl is due to the customer will be credited back to the clients account within 7 days. When it comes to receiving the wrong product (s), the right product (s) will be sent within 24 hours (within working days) after contacting us.
All products that need to be customized can be canceled within 48 hours after the order has been placed. In order to save the delivery time, we will pass the order to the factory as soon as possible. They need 48 hours to prepare. If this time has passed we can unfortunately not cancel your order.
Products in stock can be canceled if it has not yet been sent. Cancellations can be made by email or telephone.
